Retreats
Health and Safety
The retreat organisers are not liable for any injuries, medical conditions, or complications that may arise during or after the retreat. Please inform us of any medical or physical conditions that are important for us to know.
Personal Responsibility
Participants are responsible for their own well-being. Participants should follow the instructions of the retreat facilitators and practice within their own limits. If at any point you feel pain, discomfort or strain, you may rest or leave the activity. It is important to listen to your body.
Personal Belongings
Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. The organisers are not liable for any loss or damage to personal items during the retreat.
Photography and Media Release
Documentation may be made during the retreat for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be recorded, please inform the organizers prior to the retreat.
Accommodation & Pricing
All accommodations include 3 meals per day.
Payments by bank transfer
Payments are normally made directly via the payment gateway. After Payment your spot is reserved.

Please note which retreat you will attend. Once payment has been received, your registration is confirmed and you will receive further information on preparation and what to bring.
A video call may be offered by the facilitator (Robert van Ravens) to discuss the program and practicalities.
Modification or Cancellation (Organization)
The organizers reserve the right to modify or cancel the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather or other events beyond their control. In such cases, participants will be notified as soon as possible, and a refund or alternative arrangement will be offered.
Cancellation Policy (Participant)
If you need to cancel your participation:
- Cancellation up to 60 days before the retreat: 70% refund
- Cancellation within 45 days: 40% refund
- Cancellation within 30 days or no-show: non-refundable
Informed Consent
By participating in the retreat, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this document and agree to take full responsibility for any risks associated with your participation.
Data Protection and Privacy
We respect your privacy. Your data will be used for event management purposes only.
