In a time where intimacy is rushed, opinions and visions clash and our senses are overstimulated,
genuine contact and authentic relating has become vital. Many experience sensations of fatigue, a
disconnect from society, a dis-balance between body and mind, sexuality and spirituality, feeling cut
off from life force.

* Dearmouring is an ancient bodywork technique that helps release blockages, patterns, trauma and
beliefs that disconnects you from yourself. We all carry armour, it is created throughout life to
protect us from unwanted energies. Initially the armour is created to help us but when no longer
needed it remains and creates a blockage hindering life force from flowing freely throughout the
body, hardening and desensitising it.
Dearmouring is a holistic healing therapy which utilises breath, sound, movement, massage and
pressure points.
Throughout the retreat we will demonstrate and guide you through this potential bodywork.
For this years retreat, 2026, the Yang Fire Horse, our rituals call for the guidance, power, spirit and
teachings of: Orisha Ogum, king warrior: courage & breakthrough.
Orisha Oxóssi, the hunter: focus & abundance.
Orishas are divine forces, forces of nature, the Gods and Goddesses of West African Yoruba
tradition practised in Umbanda and Candomblé etc..
Orishas are not gods above us, they are forces that move through us.
Together with Jim Kremers, Hugo Dias and Lyddia Williams we host this upcoming retreat in
collaboration with the beautiful Adamãe family.
Jim, my best friend over 30 years provides shamanic movement series and space holding.
Lyddia, my spirit sister supports our rituals and provides tarot readings and space holding.
(Lyddia is the only female and will only partake certain ritualistic practises)
Hugo, friend and colleague shares breathe work, space holding and offers 1-1 bodywork sessions.

Bathrooms & showers
The venue has 4 showers and 4 toilets all stylishly designed while using highly sustainable off-grid
solutions.
All the water used on the land, toilet and showers included, are filtered and recycled back to irrigate
the plants.
Organic soaps and shampoos are provided
